If you’re going to make yourself miserable, make yourself miserable. If you want to be happy, then be happy. If you want to build your anger up, build it up. If you want to dwell on the past, then dwell the fuck on as long as you want to. It’s your choice whether you want to feel these emotions or not. You can choose to feel hateful or angry. You can also choose to feel happy or caring. You can choose to hold grudges, or forget. It’s your life, no one can tell you how to live it. No one can tell you how to feel. It’s all up to you.
